The Mediterranean classic filled with homemade tzatziki, cucumbers, tomatoes and seasoned turkey meatballs only gets better with TRUFF Hot Sauce drizzled throughout. Make the meatballs ahead of time for a weekly meal prep that’s easy and so delicious.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 1⁄4 red onion, sliced
  • Pita Bread
  • TRUFF Hot Sauce
TZATZIKI SAUCE
  • 17oz Greek Yogurt, plain
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1⁄4 cup chopped dill
  • 1 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl combine tzatziki ingredients. Cover and refrigerate. In another bowl combine, turkey, garlic and seasonings. Form meatballs using your hands. In a saucepan with oil on medium heat, heat meatballs until cooked through then set aside. Assemble gyro with pita bread then tzatziki sauce, meatballs, veggies and hot sauce. Enjoy!
