INGREDIENTS

250 g cooked prawns, thawed (if frozen) and chopped

250 g crab meat imitation (or real), thawed (if frozen) and chopped

250 g cooked white fish, flaked

1 red onion, peeled and thinly sliced

1.5 cups celery, thinly sliced

1 cup fennel, thinly sliced

2 teaspoons lemon zest

Salt and pepper to taste


Spicy TRUFF Dressing:

60 mL lemon juice

125 g mayonnaise

1 tablespoon TRUFF Black Truffle Oil

2 tablespoon TRUFF Original Hot Sauce

1 teaspoon of Old Bay seafood seasoning or your brand of choice


(Make your own Seafood Seasoning: 2 tbsp granulated garlic, 2 tbsp granulated onions, 2 tbsp black pepper, 1 tsp powdered oregano, 1⁄2 tsp powdered thyme, 1⁄2 tsp white pepper, 1⁄4 tsp basil, 1⁄4 tsp cayenne)

Instructions:
  1. Place lemon juice, mayonnaise, truffle oil, hot sauce, and seafood seasoning in a large bowl and whisk to combine the dressing.

  2. Add the prawns, crab meat, white fish, onion, celery, fennel, and lemon zest to the bowl and stir to coat and combine.

  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper, cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
